Hi there

Been a bit slack on the old blog posts recently, had way too much on my mind/been busy/been with my boyfriend and other stuff. I cant be bothered to write a huge blog about it all.

This blog is just to let you know that I am still alive ;)

& that you will probably find me talking in a loved up daze about how great the world is =) Its amazing what one person can do to you ^_^ <3

That blogging bug.

When viewing my blog a few days ago, I noticed that in 2008 I managed to write just 51 blogs for the ENTIRE year..

As of the 10th April 2009 I have managed to write 41 blogs and it is only the 4th month of the year, what does that tell you? Or me...for that matter. Well it means that within 3 months Im 10 blog posts away from being level with the amount of posts in 2008...which equals too..

Im going driving in about an hour, I hope it will be alright. Last lesson wasn't so great but I have had 2 driving practices so I should be fairly good for 3:15 today.

Also it is good friday! =) Easter weekend begins now.

---This blog was supposed to be posted yesterday but my internet went down and I couldnt post it, so here it is a day late--

Saturday 4th April

I passed my theory test!!

Oooh yeahhh 43/50 is the pass mark for the multiple choice part > I got 46/50!
44/75 is the pass mark for the hazard perception part > I got 60/75 HOW?!

Well I did a lot of revision ;) Im dead chuffed =P Within seconds of finishing my exam the man said "Ok you can get your results now Rachel" so I went up to the receptionist and he said "Congratulations Rachel, you've passed" and I was like yay!!! =D haha. I got my things and just as I was opening the door , a guy I know called Josh was there and we have the same driving instructor. I wished him luck =D

Afterwards we went to a garden centre, had a coffee and a snack and then I drove all the way home from Shrewsbury with my Mum in the back and my mums friend Richard as my helper haha. It was awesome, I was awake and really in the driving mood. I just wish my driving instructor could have been there seeing my awesome driving! Oooh yeah ;]

I got back from Shrewsbury and my dad had posted a sign on the window....yay!




I then went to Bromsgrove with Dad in the van to drop off some stock, it took an hour to get there and we were there for half an hour and came back lol. I fell asleep and on the way back we got some take away pizza from pizza hut <3 Yum. Overall a fantastic day!

Im not totally feelin' it

What is the big deal about twitter? People are literally obsessed with the site, I don't understand whats so great about it and how you can be bothered to tell people what you are doing 24/7.

That is why I prefer this lovely site. www.dailybooth.com

It's simply more fun than that site which is named after the noise a bird makes because you get to tell people how you feel with PICTURES yes PICTURES! <3 You get to see people's environment and facial expression, they also can send picture notes to each other (like I have done a few times). I even got a load of love hearts <333 sent to me from dailybooth cause I said how much I loved them ^_^. So sorry to all you hardcore twitter fans. I just ain't feelin' it.

Anywaysss enough about ze talk about ze twitter.

Today was hot. And I mean hot. Hot by English standards anyway. It was a nice 16/17 degrees and all the kids were off school and everyone was happy playing in their gardens and eating ice cream from the ice cream man.
"I sense a good driving lesson coming on" I happily said looking out of the window into the sun drenched street. My driving instructor turned up and it was to be the start of such a crap lesson. First of all I could hardly see cause of the brightness and it was ridiculously warm inside that car, I just really wasnt in the mood. I did everything wrong and did an awful 3 point turn which turned into a 5 point turn, messed about on parallel parking and did other stupid errors. Argh. The lesson finished on a high note when I managed to reverse around a corner. I think I pissed my instructor off to the max though, cause he knows how good I am and I just let myself down by thinking too hard about the task in hand and making it hard for myself. Ugh. I came home and just was so disappointed in myself, I felt so bad. Hopefully next lesson will be better. Carrying on the driving theme I have my theory test at 10:30am tomorrow at Shrewsbury. I've been revising for months/weeks and feel really confident about it. I hope I pass!

I got my haircut today, had it thinned out and layered a bit more. It looks good, plus I can actually see now my fringe is a bit shorter =]

Im seeing my Jamie soon, going to London on Tuesday to see him. I cant wait! <3 Gonna be an awesome day..
